General Assembly & Board of Directors

As an organization owned and governed by the members, each company has one vote. This forms the General Assembly which elects the organization’s board of directors. Their guidance and support is crucial to the effective operation of the organization. The board meets about 8 times a year and represents both small and large companies alike with broad representation across the value chain. The current Board consists of:
